Like most Real Estate Representatives I offer a complimentary home evaluation. This is the best place to start when planning to list, as the worth of your current home will most likely affect many decisions going forward. However, even if you are not planning on selling, you may be surprised by the value of your home as we are currently amidst a shifting market. Each evaluation report will be based on a minimum of the 3 most comparable properties in your area, an estimated value of the property, and a suggested listing price based on the chosen selling strategy.

Pictures say a million words and to someone like myself with extensive experience in design and visual marketing, they speak volumes. As your listing agent, I guarantee that every visual will be as pristine as possible, filled with light and inviting compositions. The professionalism of these images whether they be photos or virtually staged drawings not only represent your home but also myself as an agent. This is important to me as all listing photos will be grazing every one of my social media platforms. Open houses and promotional videos will also be provided when beneficial. The aesthetic is everything these days, so I work closely with my clients to create a customized strategy for each individual listing.
